Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Viktar Vaitovich for the Amour Trail mobile apps and this website. Creating an account or using the app means you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Amour Trail.
The service
Amour Trail helps two people plan a surprise date as a trail of stops, follow it together, and keep the photos and notes afterward. Features can change, be added, or be removed. The apps are free to download and use. If a paid feature is added later, the price will be shown before you pay.
Your account
You need a display name, a sex selection (woman, man, or other), and an email address you can verify before you can link a partner or plan a date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to the email and sign-in method you used. One person should use one account.
Amour Trail is for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Your partner
Linking an account shares date trails with that person: stops, notes, tasks, and photos on the trail. Link only someone who has agreed to share a trail with you. Do not put another person’s private information into a trail without a right to do so.
You can unlink in the app. Unlinking closes an active date you share. Deleting your account removes you from trails your partner still has. Shared photos and the date itself can remain available to them. What deletion removes is described in the Privacy Policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You give Viktar Vaitovich permission to host, display, and transmit that content so the app can work, including showing it to your linked partner and sending the text described in the Privacy Policy to the AI planner when you ask for a generated trail. You confirm that you have the rights needed for what you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use Amour Trail to:
- harass, threaten, or harm anyone;
- plan or promote anything illegal;
- upload sexual content involving anyone under 18;
- break the law, or interfere with the app or someone else’s account.
An account used this way can be suspended or deleted.
AI-written trail text
Titles, notes, tasks, and photo ideas can be written by an AI model from what you enter. That text can be wrong, awkward, or different from what you meant. Read it before you publish the trail. You are responsible for the trail you send to your partner.
Maps and places
The map and place search are provided through Google. Place details, opening hours, and directions can be wrong or out of date. You are responsible for reaching a stop safely and for following local rules.
App Store and Google Play
If you downloaded the iOS app from the App Store, the software is also licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where that license and these terms differ about the iOS software license, Apple’s standard terms control the license. These terms still govern the Amour Trail service, your content, and your account.
If you downloaded the Android app from Google Play, your use of Google Play is also subject to Google’s terms for that store.
Ending the service
You can delete your account from the profile screen. The service can also be stopped, or an account closed, when these terms are broken or when the app is discontinued.
Disclaimers
The app is provided as it is available. Dates, maps, place information, and AI suggestions are planning aids for a personal outing. There is no promise that a place is open, safe, or correctly located. To the extent the law allows, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed.
Liability
To the extent the law of the Republic of Belarus allows, Viktar Vaitovich is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, lost profits, or a date that did not go as planned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for intentional harm.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are brought in the courts of the Republic of Belarus, except where the law gives you a right to sue somewhere else that cannot be given up.
Changes
These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the app after that update, the new terms apply from that date.
